When it comes to their cars, Ford customers are a loyal bunch and their beloved Ford car often becomes one of the family. Through an earlier DM piece, 40,000 Ford Direct customers were asked to reveal their favourite Ford memory and I decided to showcase the best of those memories – including hand-written passages and original photography, in a 34pp DM piece named Generations – mailed back to the original 40,000 customers.

I was responsible for the creation, design and production of used the used vehicle literature, and the dealership events for the Ford Direct. These included car and commercial brochures, radio and press ads, DM packs, flags and decals that could be tailored to any dealership in the Ford Direct franchise.
